The Mayor of the City of Hardeeville, SC, Harry Williams, was the January first-Thursday GIC General Member Meeting speaker. Harry has spoken to our group several times over the years. This time his presentation focused on the past, present, and exponential future growth in Hardeeville and how this will impact neighboring communities – a stark warning. Hardeeville’s stratospheric growth includes thousands of new jobs and thousands of new housing units plus new schools, new retail, new services, new roads, a new 4 million square foot industrial park, and more.
